So…how does it work?
The selection process is constantly being refined and developed to recognise the rapidly changing world of media. It is designed and conducted in a way that allows and encourages the candidates to display a level of initiative, creativity and commitment which would be necessary for someone to establish a career in what is an ever changing and dynamic profession. The candidates have to work both independently and in a team situation and are encouraged to show the work-ethic required to be successful.
Since its inception in 2009, The Tuskar Trust has placed over 40 students with 15 different sponsors - a record we are extremely proud of and hope to continue in the future.
